Visit new home builders and/or drive by a few open homes that might interest you. During your initial visit to builders’ model homes or if you encounter an agent at an active home listing’s open house, always let the builder’s representative and/or agent know that you’re working with Rebate Properties to represent you as your Buyer’s Broker (NOTE: The Builder’s Representative or the Agent of an existing home listing always represents the builder’s or homeowner’s interests).

Identify builder homes of interest to you and/or a short list of 1-3 existing home finalists that you are serious about, so that we can schedule showings.  You should drive by the builder’s model and/or existing home(s) first to be sure you like the neighborhoods, streets, schools, etc.
