CONTRACTS:
When you’re ready to purchase your new or resale home, the first step is to sign a Buyer/Broker Representation Agreement (also known as the “Rep Contract”). This allows Rebate Properties to represent you in negotiations with new home builders and/or existing home sellers. Once the Rep Contract is in place, we will prepare a draft Purchase and Sale Agreement (or “Purchase Offer”) for your review. Together, we’ll negotiate the price and terms of the offer with the builder or seller. All documents will be signed electronically for your convenience.

DUE DILIGENCE:
Once you’re under contract with a new home builder or an existing home seller, it’s time to conduct your due diligence. This step allows you to hire a professional home inspector to identify any potential issues with the property before closing. If needed, we can recommend trusted inspectors to assist you. If the inspector finds any major concerns, we will help you create a repair list to present to the builder or seller. We’ll work on your behalf to negotiate for repairs or request financial concessions in place of repairs.
