Step 1. 

Get pre-qualified with a lender and visit new home communities and open homes, always mentioning a Rebate Properties’ agent as your Realtor during your initial visit (otherwise there won’t be a buyer commission to fund your rebate!). Take our completed client registration form, along with you to provide builder salespersons (one to each builder visited).

If you prefer resale homes, identify a short list of 1-3 finalists: existing home(s) that you are serious about and would like us to show you.  You should drive by the home(s) first to be sure you like the neighborhood, street, etc.  When you are ready, willing and able to make a strong offer (assuming the showing doesn’t raise any red flags), contact us to request showing(s).
