The Traditional Route, or what we affectionately refer to as, “the old school” method…allows us to serve as your dedicated real estate broker of choice, just as we would, going the Shared Route. However, because we take on all the upfront risk associated with your transaction (advertising & marketing costs), we charge for the “art of the deal,” which is typically associated with absorbing all the risk.

NOTE: The 6% sales commission would be potentially split 3% to the **buyer’s agent and 3% to the listing agent.

* If your home does not sell, after adequate listing/marketing…we will locate investors to purchase your property at 60-70% of your home’s immediate market value!

** Selling your home to an unrepresented buyer (via your own network), would carve out the buyer agent’s commission, saving sellers 3%; however, take a look at the Shared Route for deeper seller savings!
